Low Cost City Breaks to Paris

Low Cost City Breaks to Paris

When on a Paris city break, spend your days discovering all that this beautiful city has to offer; wander around the museums and art galleries, stroll down the tree-lined boulevards or simply stop off in one of patisseries for a freshly-baked croissant and coffee. Paris is just over an hour’s flight from the UK.

Paris is one of the world’s most visited cities, and with so much to see and do it’s not difficult to see why. All Paris breaks should start at the iconic Eiffel tower where you can climb to the top and experience the best views over this beautiful city. After you climb down take a stroll down the Champs Elysees from the Arc de Triomphe where you can get a taste of the great shopping the city of Paris offers, with boutique stores sitting alongside big designer names such as Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci and Chanel.

For a bit of culture on your Paris city break, head to one of the many great museums and art galleries on offer. The Louvre is the most well-known, hosting the Venus di Milo and the Mona Lisa. To see a different side of Paris city, embark on a boat trip on the River Seine, take in the sights and even stop off to spend an afternoon in one of the little bookshops or cafes. In the afternoon head to Montmartre to see a magnificent sunset. In the evening, try some of the city’s famed cuisine: a traditional bistro meal with fine wine is not to be missed. You can keep it simple with a beer in the local bar or go all-out and see a show at the Moulin Rouge; we guarantee that it will be the highlight of your Paris break!

So much to see!

Too much to see and do to try to describe in a few lines. Most things can be reached on foot but otherwise use the metro as long as you take care of valuables.

Loved it

Paris was fantastic. We loved it. It is expensive to eat and drink out but worth it.

All the sights are easy to get to. Paris is small enough to do most things on foot but a very good Metro and Bus system make everything within reach.
